I'm not the familiar with the author, but I know my wife is sort of obsessed with the Winchester Mansion, so this book interests her.  It's not sale yet - but are Weird Press's books usually in that $40-$60 range?

    Numbered Edition!

    Agree!

Strand was wondering the same thing, haha...

That makes sense then.  I haven’t been following Weird House that closely, but they seem to be cranking out the books lately.

I have two of those types of lettered editions from DRP--Taste of Tenderloin by Gene O'Neill and Cold to the Touch by Simon Strantzas--and think that they are solid editions for the price. I'd say in the same league as the standard lettered editions from CD (think their lettered editions of the Novella or Signature Series, though I believe those were maybe bound in real leather), but with a slipcase instead of a traycase. Wolf Hunt 3 is currently on sale on their website for $120, which, if I'm correct on the Weird House lettereds matching the old DRP lettereds, is a reasonable price.

Like Mr. Ben Staad, I'm curious to see pictures when it arrives!

I don't own the other 2 and cant validate the cost for the third in a series but I so very much wanted to buy this anyway.
