I noticed the Ray Garton book for this is not posted in theproduction update page.Any word on it.I know you have been busy so no rush.

Yeah, Brad just pointed out that it was missing, too. We didn't offer the Lettered Edition for sale yet, so there's no product page on the site, which is why it never made it onto the Production Update page. I'll get it posted soon. The book has been moving forward and should be out this year.
