It's a possibility, as with most story collections author's typically retain the rights. Especially when it comes to small limited edition publications like this.

Here's the text of the original announcement for easy reference:

This new Book Club has an incredible item for serious collectors:
An Exclusive Signed Limited Edition JUST For Members That Will NEVER, EVER Be Printed Again In ANY FORM!!

That's right! One of your selections will be a signed Limited Edition that is exclusively printed just for the Book Club members -- and this book will NEVER be printed again anywhere in any form! Not a trade edition or an eBook or even a paperback from another publisher! THIS IS THE ONLY VERSION OF THIS SPECIAL BOOK THAT WILL EVER BE PRINTED BY ANYONE!!

The signed Limited Edition of this very special book will NOT be available to the general public: no dealers, no wholesalers, no bookstores, no direct sales, no individual copy sales. Only Book Club members will receive this very exciting NOT FOR SALE signed Limited Edition! We've offered Not For Sale books before, but there has always been the understanding the book might be republished down the road. With this book, we can tell you right now: IT WILL NEVER SEE PRINT AGAIN!
