    My rule: if the slipcase spine is blank, then show the spine of the dust jacket. But if someone has worked incredibly hard to adorn that slipcase spine, then show it to the world AND deliver maximum protection for your books while you're at it. Win win.

    And I don't bother with toilet paper. I only use bidets. Or a garden hose.

    I'm with Jeff on this one. The few slipcases I have are all positioned this way. I figure it helps protect the DJ spine from sun fade.
