Most of the Booklist review is on the product page under "Reviews" but it might tell too much about the story for some readers who feel "less is more" when they go to read something:

The cover is very appropriate to the story, and yes it is a weird tale. Well worth reading.

No. But dark fiction is supposed to do that.

It's the piece of artwork that inspired Peter Straub to write the story (if that helps).... lol

It was a very unique story. As I read it I was not sure what to think about but I wanted to know what was next and when I finished I was very satisfied.

Congrats on the sell out. Probably would have ordered the limited, but my internet was down for a couple days and the ordering part of the CD would only give me a blank white page. Oh well, I'll live, and that also means I have $30 more than I would have had on my gift certificate. I'll just have to be ok with the trade edition to start with
