Does anyone know if it is customers who bought Blockade Billy or the last Lonely Road Books publication which I think was Vampyricon? If it is Blockade Billy I guess I will have to get in line with the everyone else.

Most recently offered was THE WILLIAM PETER BLATTY SCRIPT SET, but I hear the pain of the BLOCKADE BILLY collectors and I am doing my best to see that some copies are available for them to avoid the lottery. Will do my best!

Thanks Dan, I saw the link and placed my order. It looks like I'll have a shot at the Lonely Road Books edition, as I purchased the Blockade Billy S/L way back when.

Is Brian's response to the joke about ordering the "announcement" likewise a joke, or is that actual information, as in the announcement on February 28 is actually about a printed edition of the novella collaboration between King and Chizmar? Just curious, because I'm assuming there is more to this story than just the announcement of the collaboration. I'm curious if there might be anything else to it; as some have speculated, perhaps this has something to do with the new Hulu series. I'm thinking -- wishfully, not based on anything -- maybe there might be additional collaborations between King and other writers on future short works. I'm also wondering if this will be available in bookstores in a mass capacity -- perhaps King might be modelling a set of novellas a la Patterson's BookShots?

Actual information. Mostly just saying that the 28th is just the trade, so there's no reason for anyone to schedule off work or anything like that.

That's right, forgot about that collaboration. King really should try something like this, some new publishing venture that will allow him to get more ideas out into the marketplace and maybe use his celebrity to help other authors along.

Tuesday the 28th is trade announcement. Going to be a lot of strain on the website because Entertainment Weekly is "breaking" the news.

If there was going to be a signed edition that probably wouldn't happen until the following week!

If it's signed by King, then it'll be a short window, I think. Luckily I have the 28th off from work and some gift certificates saved up...
