I think this looks very interesting and as I do worship Ray Bradbury......

There is also a trade pb coming out too and it's much cheap, but this $75 edition is signed by everybody, but Bradbury.

I am very surprised that the Lettered version is still available! This looks like it could be an amazing book to read. I am also a big fan of Bradbury. I don't have any King signed or Bradbury signed books, but if I did, I'd treat them like gold (well, better than that!).

I think I have more signed limiteds by Bradbury than anyone else. Around 10 or 12. Of course, I mostly care about having what I consider the prime titles of his to have as limiteds: F451, Martian Chronicles, Something Wicked and Dandelion Wine. The rest I could live without.

Of course, some of my favorite signed Bradbury books are the ones I got to have him sign for me in person maybe 12? 14?? years ago.

I've got my order in for this one. Wish I could afford the lettered version, but a signed book by Gaiman, Joe Hill and with a story by, and tribute to, Ray Bradbury. Man, I'm all over that.

Like Brad, I have quite a few Bradbury signed/limiteds and they are very precious. I'd heard that he wasn't going to be doing signatures any more, so this lettered edition will be a rarity.

Read this a few months back and it was a very anthology, one of the best I've read in a while. A fitting tribute to Ray Bradbury.

And the Joe Hill story was one of the best in the book.

I just ordered the book this time. I have the slipcase for He Is Legend and it is not a good fit. I have heard that this is unique to mine, as most fit well but I just went for the book this time.

Awhile ago there was a message on the Gauntlet site saying that they were waiting for one of the authors to sign the signature sheets, and they waited so long that they told the author to just send them back unsigned. Does anybody know which signature will be missing from the limited edition? Or is there a chance that I hallucinated that message?

I answered my own question--saw the book on Overlook Connection and the description says that Dave Eggers didn't sign. That's pretty disappointing.

Yes, got my book today and it was Dave Eggers who didn't sign. Which is disappointing because part of buying that book--paying that price-- was for the author signatures. But on the plus side, I got my first Neil Gaiman autograph and that's pretty cool.

Could you tell me what the slipcase looks like please? I ordered my copy through CD and didn't realize there was a slipcase until I went to Gauntlet's website but they don't have a picture up, thanks

I didn't realize there was a slipcase available until about 30 minutes ago, so you're not the only one! If someone could post a photo, I'd love to see it. Thanks!

I think someone has posted one in their collectors thread. I can't recall who though.

Thanks! :) I have numbered copy 352 but it is still shrink-wraped with a sticker of the number on the wrap, really want to open it but I'm going to wait, I do have the trade paperback of it though and I like the cover art for it, has anyone posted any pics of the signature sheets for the signed numbered copies?
