Dark Moon Presents Vampires! is set to be released next month and the editor has informed me that thay are a few stories short. I'm not sure how long this will be open, but anyone with a vampire story (horror, not sparkly romance) should submit to darkmoonhorror@gmail.com with a subject of VAMPIRES! I'm guessing a standard format of 12pt TNR and attached as RTF or Word.Doc would be preferred. Stories should be unpublished. This isn't being openly advertised and I DO NOT work for DMD, but I know the editor and thought I would share it with this group since there are so many talented writers here. Good luck.

Thanks for the post, Caren. I sent one of my stories in. Keeping body parts crossed for luck.

Working on rewriting my old tale. Right now it is with a beta reader to make sure it is worthwhile, then some more edits, and perhaps it will be okay to send in for a chance.

I'm working on one too. It's the one I hoped to have finished for the One Buck/Cafe Doom contest, so a great coincidence.

A special thank you to all of you who helped me get this book up to publication standards and out on the proverbial shelf so quickly. Caren, you are a gem!

Please let us know when you're looking for more. I had an idea for this one, but didn't get it finished.
