Beneath an Oil-Dark Sea: The Best of Caitín R. Kiernan (Volume 2)

    Hi all,

In case you hadn't heard of this yet (I hadn't), it was posted in a blog last week that the SubPress v2 of the Best of Kiernan is planned for release, possibly later this year. Just know that the book is going to exist, which is something I was beginning to wonder about.

    Only a heads-up in case anyone's curious.

Definitely looking forward to this, and the Centipede Press editions of The Drowning Girl and The Red Tree.

That's all good news. I love Kiernan's work. Any info on when the centipede books are going to be released?

Last week Kiernan posted she received galleys for The Drowning Girl, and it's been added to Centipede's coming soon section. So it's probably coming sooner than my wallet would like. She mentioned nothing about The Red Tree, so presumably that's still a way off.

Thanks for the info! I think my wallet feels the same way as yours. :-) When it rains, it pours. Centipede has at least four books in the works that I'm hoping to get and that was before hearing about the two Kiernan books and Best Of volume 2. Better an empty wallet and a full bookshelf than the other way around!

Surprisingly reasonable price for the limited. My wallet still aches, but not that badly.
