        This is fantastic cover art. It manages to convey Neil's studious yet whimsical quality, the magic he infuses into the page and even a little crackling power. The slightly cartoonish color scheme vs. Neil's expression juxtaposes something the writer would say about himself, not to take him too seriously, while the reality is we can't help it, which of course he knows. Top marks to Mr. Tikulin.

          Yes I know. I have been waiting on this one forever. What's another 6 -10 months..
