You succeeded, I knew 3 off the top of my head, was able to find 4 rather quickly and will need to research the remainders.

For number 8, do chapbooks count?

Dan Hocker
04-25-2012, 10:25 PM
For number 8, do chapbooks count?

I'm gonna say yes, but actually have no idea if they are in Brian's count or not. (If you're seeing this and you already sent in your submission please don't re-send it in)

Teriw
04-25-2012, 10:32 PM
I put down the number of books and chapbooks just in case. one answer I can't seem to find. Although the others could be wrong. Ima send it in with the one answer missing because I can't find it.

Brian James Freeman
04-25-2012, 11:03 PM
For number 8, do chapbooks count?

"No" to freebie promo chapbooks, but "yes" to any chapbook with a retail price that was actually sold through the store.

Brian

Well I counted everything I could find and gave Dan a breakdown...Of course I did run out of toe's and fingers so I probably mis-counted anyway :)

Silly, I know, but can you clarify the tie-breaking procedure? Is it:

Most questions right out of numbers 1 - 10, then
Bonus/tiebreaker question, then
Whoever sent in their email first

?

Thanks.

How many entries have you received so far?

Ben Staad
04-29-2012, 04:14 PM
So it looks like the week is running down. To the folks that entered "How do you think you did?" Personally there were at least 3 to 4 questions that I took a swag at. I'm guessing at the least I should have gotten 5 or 6 right.

Joe315
04-29-2012, 04:44 PM
I think about 7-8 if I got the book questions right.

Teriw
04-29-2012, 06:41 PM
I can't say for sure with mine. I may have done some miscounting n such but I think I got them all except the 10th book and richards favorite books, still wish I had waited til he answered me. lol.

04-29-2012, 07:13 PM
If I got questions 4 and 8 right, 10.

Teriw
04-29-2012, 07:34 PM
Same ones I am not sure about. well number 4 I left blank so that's clearly wrong. I shoulda guess at least I suppose. and 8 I just could have miscounted. and richards damn favorite book. kicking myself for not waiting on that one. I wanted to get mine in before I left work. lol

Dan Hocker
05-02-2012, 03:31 PM
40 entries so far. I'll keep collecting entries till sometime this afternoon.

Dan Hocker
05-02-2012, 03:45 PM
Ok, so here's how i'm scoring these. I add up the regular questions first. Then if multiple people got the same number right, I look at the Bonus question. Then if multiple people got those right it's by whoever sent their answers in first. Same for if you got the same number right and not the bonus. I will say this though as I'm going through the submissions right now, if you got less than 8 of the main answers correct you are probably out of the running.

Dan Hocker
05-02-2012, 04:09 PM
Also a side note, no one has gotten all 11 correct.

Hedda Gabler
05-02-2012, 04:13 PM
Dan, Dan, Dan -- you must be mistaken. Did you read my entry carefully? I think it's safe to say that I can tell everyone, "Eat My Dust!" and walk away with the grand prize.
