Hello all and Sundry,
Those of You who read Fantasy might be familar will Michael J. Sullivan. He wrote the Riyria Revelations trilogy, currently published by Orbit books. The James River Writers group had a panel discussion last night. Michael and his wife Robin came out and they were both really nice. Just down to earth people. Someone asked Michael what he did after he had been rejected over 200 hundred times "Well, I quit for about 12 years> You can only take so much." Lucky he started back. Nice guy, good books. I recommend if you're into the likes of Joe Abercrombie, Patrick Rothfuss, Peter Brett and Scott Lnych. He's right up there.

Had never heard of him before this thread. Thanks for giving me a new author's work to explore. I read The Visicount and the Witch on his website and enjoyed it immensely!
