Dan Hocker

Ok guys I decided to do a giveaway. To enter all you have to do is post a reply in this thread. Only one reply per person will count.

1st prize is a "Smoke and Mirrors" arc
2nd prize is a "Screamplays" arc
3rd prize is a "The Dropper" arc

I tried to pick arcs that I thought were cool, and where of books that aren't out yet. The entrance window will end around 12 pm EST on Monday so that I can figure out the winners (picked randomly) and get the arcs shipped out. Good luck!

Edit: If someone wins something they already have I'm more than happy to substitute something else.

well are you ever anything but tired, angry or bored when YOUR at work?

srboone
03-03-2012, 01:07 AM
actually, I'm wide awake at work--and never bored. I've been working nights for a looooong time and am up all night anyway.

But if you're sitting behind a computer for 8 hrs at a time, I guess you would be bored.

Teriw
03-03-2012, 01:25 AM
If I had actual work to do I'd be fine. I take calls but sometimes theres a long wait between, and same with alarms. Summer is worse. I'm up all night as well. I work 3pm-11pm so when I go home I dont wanna go to bed so I'm up all night. Then i sleep all day til I have to work. I hate 3-11. When i was "tired" this week on here its because I got thrown unexpectedly into some dayshifts. F'd me right up.

Advance Review Copy is a preliminary soft cover copy (usually trade paperback sized) of a book, usually with a cover illustration. The term is often used interchangeably with a proof copy, which doesn't have the cover illustration.

Advance Readers Copy is a copy of the actual book that is issued before the official publication. It is only distinguished from the regular (usually hard cover) trade edition by the inclusion of a letter or note from the publisher indicating the advanced release. The Advance Readers Copy of Stephen King's Dreamcatcher had a round sticker attached to the front of the dust jacket indicating its status.
