Gwendy's Button Box by Richard Chizmar and Stephen King:

There is lots of great art by Keith Minnion. I tried to show some images that I have not seen posted much.

I will need to update this one once The Lonely Road edition comes out.

Interestingly, I was asked to do three extra interior illustrations for the LRB edition - and was given free reign on what I wanted to draw, which was very nice - but when I recently got my contributor copies of the trade edition I saw that one of the three extra drawings I had done for the LRB edition was there, swapped out for one of the original ten drawings I had done for the trade edition, and another of the original ten was left out as well. From a design layout standpoint, the first filled a spot that needed an illustration. Hopefully the second will show up with the others in the LRB edition.

Correctly so, since, from a design layout standpoint, it filled a spot that needed an illustration.
The illustrations are perfect for the story. I look forward to seeing the additional prints in the LRB edition.

I believe it sold out before any official announcement. It was offered to persons who had purchased the last Lonely Road offering (William Peter Blatty's Lost Screenplay Collection) and then to persons who had purchased prior Lonely Road editions. I believe that sold the book out as there are only 350 copies being produced.

Received my Artist Edition of The Shining last night.

This is a beautiful book and I could probably take a hundred photos of this one. I decided to focus on the layout and bonus content as I have seen photos of the art before.

Happy to. The photos do not do the book justice.
