THE SHINING - upside-down book in slipcase?

Hello, I just received a shrink wrapped copy of Cemetery Dance's THE SHINING. The book appears to be mint and still in the factory packaging. However, there's one slight problem, the book is upside-down inside the slipcase. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

I don't think it's that big of a deal. Probably just put in upside down before it was shrinked.

It's the ultra-rare upside down print! Worth thousands!

I too have one, feel free to make bids.

Two vans, by a lake, and it's a deal!

Sounds like this isn't as rare as my upset down 'Salems Lot map ...

Which I wonder about its rarity ....

That's actually probably rather rare. I haven't heard of another. Not sure how much it increases the value though to be honest. To the right collector it might. Pretty cool little oddity at any rate.

Yea that's probably pretty rare. The books that are bound upside down are probably pretty rare too. I haven't heard of any for 'Salems Lot or The Shining though.

I was told to send it back and get a new one. But honestly I was pretty lazy and it wasn't a huge deal, so I just kept it. Not planning on selling it - unless someone offered me a nice price - so it didn't matter too much to me.

Still got the keys to this shining van with a view, Jason

We might be able to work something out.
