I'm in an old school kick. Listening to Rose Tattoo's self titled album, Armored Saint's March Of The Saint, and, Japan's Obscure Alternatives. Also listened to Wardruna ( their music is in History channel's Vikings series).

Haven't spun Rose Tattoo in years. Armored Saint gets frequent spins though. March of the Saint is a metal masterpiece.

      Been spinnin' some Manowar myself!

That's disturbing, quite hypnotic, though. What makes it even more of a mindfuck is this http://www.metalinjection.net/lists/...al-musicians/6.

          "Scream therapy?"

Gonna listen to To Mega Therion, by, Therion, from the album, Theli

"Rose Tattoo" is a great album. My best friend had the album when it first came out and I had a taped copy for a long time. It took years to find an import copy on CD.

I'm listening/watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bit9UPXCgyU Damn! Quite surprised. All I ever remember of T-Rex was the British TV show. I really honestly thought he was in the showaddywaddy, Mud genre of music. Marc Bolan was one helluva lead guitarist.

This is the 4 CD set with the unreleased stuff. I found it at a used book store unopened a few years ago. Only cost me $20.

I have not listened to this CD yet-Today, I received Kenny Dorham Sings And Plays-This Is The Moment! This KD CD is rare and one does not find this CD at a good/cheap price. Guess what? I only paid just over $11 for the CD I found at Barnes & Noble. The seller was a Goodwill store and they described the CD's condition as Good. Guess What?...again. The CD is actually in Mint or brand spanking new condition. There is not a scratch on the CD and the insert is also like new. This KD CD is one I've been seeking--One of his few solo releases I didn't own.

At Discogs, I found a Kenny Dorham CD I did not know existed--Again at a great price. This CD consists of three separate recordings where Kenny Dorham was part of another musician's band. The sound quality is not the best on the first two tracks, but I still love the music! I listened to it (Kenny Dorham 1953 1956 1964) today on my short trip out of the park. There is one original Kenny Dorham composition on 1953 1956 1964 called Sky Blue that I can tell is going to become a favorite jazz song for me.

                          Thanks for listening!

I haven't heard of Kenny Dorham before, but I will be researching his work later today. I've been listening to a lot more jazz lately.
